Iwona Kozieja-Grabowska

serves as the vice president of the “Let’s Talk” Foundation. She is the dialogue practitioner and facilitator, soft skills trainer, mediator. For many years she worked in international corporations, leading, among others, communication projects. She promotes dialogue in Poland and abroad, writes, publishes, conducts research and numerous meetings, lectures, workshops and webinars. She has unique dialogue knowledge, skills and competences learned during many international trainings and further developed in practice.

Zbigniew Grabowski

serves as the president of the “Let’s Talk” Foundation. Manager with many years of experience in an international corporation, including the position of the board member of the subsidiary in Poland. He successfully led many projects in an international environment in various areas, including: sales and marketing, corporate communication and CSR, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma), business service centre. For several years, he has been actively supporting dialogue projects in Poland.

Laura Arikka

is the CEO of the Timeout Foundation. She has a master’s degree in Theology and has been working previously as a human rights expert and volunteered in different NGOs in Finland and abroad. Laura is also a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland and an author. She’s an experienced writer, trainer and speaker.

Jonna Similä

is an expert in the Timeout Foundation. She is very experienced in both training the Timeout method and organizing different projects and events. Jonna is also responsible for coordinating different networks of the Foundation. Previously Jonna has been working with different cultural institutions in Finland and abroad.

Valtteri Tervala

is an expert in the Timeout Foundation. He trains the Timeout method and facilitates dialogues. Valtteri is a community educator and previously he has been working for developing co-operation, participation and design thinking in NGO-organizations.

Dr. Maja Nenadovic

is a debate coach, facilitator, human rights & civic education specialist, critical pedagogy practitioner, program design and monitoring and evaluation consultant. She has worked in 40+ countries worldwide. Since 2012, she has implemented “Across Divides – Training Workshops for Depolarizing Communication”, a methodology that she developed in and tested in the field through a series of workshops and dialogues with both those using discriminatory and hate speech rhetoric, and with those targeted by it. Maja holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam, and is the co-founder of HERMES and of Reflectory, a consultancy in the field of conflict transformation, social cohesion and civic engagement. She serves as a Board member of the Global Dialogue Collective.

Tvrtko Noa Pater

serves as president and trainer at the HERMES association in Zagreb, Croatia. He has over 20 years of experience teaching argumentation, critical thinking, rhetoric, public speaking and debate, as well as working as a trainer and educator in the fields of Holocaust education, human rights and international criminal law. He serves as a Board member of the International Associaton for Intercultural Education.
